Aristocrat Hotel, BW Signature Collection

Stayed here as part of our west coast road trip, lovely rooms and very friendly accommodating staff. We planned to find a launderette locally as we are on a 3 week trip, and were delighted to find a guest laundry room onsite which was an incredible suprise and very very convenient. Great equipped gym too.

Service was excellent. Our pooch was treated like royalty.There is a area for dogs to go potty outside as well as dog park about 2 blocks away. Cameron pub has great food also dog friendly is next to hotel.Rooms were clean however this location still uses carpet which is not good for dog friendly hotel.Location close to Main Street which is a nice little food shopping area .

I had a wonderful experience. Check in was smooth and quick. Rooms are exactly as pictured, and clean. Very thoughtful, they included shower cap and make up room wipes, and shower mat. My first time staying at a luxurious hotel, I'm very impressed. I will certainly stay here if I come to Half Moon Bay again.

Overall, the stay was great! Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, location was great, and nightly rate was affordable. We did have internet issues during our stay but still gave the hotel 5 stars since it probably doesn't happen all the time. I'm still waiting to hear back from management about the survey and feedback I provided. Will stay again!

Rooms were great, stocked with Starbucks and Peet's coffee! However the shower handle was a bit wonky had to almost turn water off to get hot water (maybe our room was a one off). Service was good, friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was underwhelming for a place named "Aristocrat" however it was free to be fair and rooms were priced reasonably. Location was okay, RV travel campground out the window however windows close easily for privacy. Downtown was dead, I'd recommend going to Princeton fishing boat area for dining instead of downtown. Downtown being dead is of course not the hotels fault but more just half moon bay as a town.

Love this place. Don't care when I bring my Saint Bernard for the weekend. Love the that there's food and drinks next door. They even allow dogs in.

At the time of stay, new and clean. Continental breakfast was a good quick alternative. Stayed here due to pet friendly. But turned out very nice otherwise.

I attended the NVIDIA conference, and by sheer coincidence, all nearby hotels were fully booked—leaving me with no choice but to book this hotel, which is only a 50-minute drive away. Although I arrived very late, the front desk attendant, a reserved yet exceptionally friendly and professional young lady, made me feel incredibly welcomed and at ease. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was impressed by its remarkable cleanliness. For the price I paid, this hotel far surpassed the quality of the $500–$600 hotels I’ve experienced in San Francisco. Regardless of who the owner is or who handles the cleaning, I must commend you on your outstanding standards. In today’s world, it’s rare to find a hotel that conducts business, management, and service with such integrity. Although the hotel is not positioned as a high-end establishment, any initial hesitation I had completely vanished upon arrival. In fact, if I ever find myself in this area again, I will not hesitate to book a week-long stay. Compared to the overpriced hotels in San Francisco that often fail to deliver true value, your hotel is like an oasis in a desert. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was a delightful bonus. It left me feeling refreshed and energized, allowing me to enjoy the beach scenery the next morning before returning to the conference. I truly appreciate the heartfelt service, especially from the front desk attendant—her kindness and professionalism made all the difference. Thank you to the entire team for providing such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, cleanliness, and genuine care. Sincerely,
